HomeServe started life selling insurance for home emergencies. A white label business largely anonymous to the public and a long way from being a mainstream consumer brand. They needed a brand to support its unique home repairs, maintenance and improvement service: we were invited to help them create a new brand for a new category.

The story
The nation's plumbers, electricians and boiler repairers are one of the last huge cottage industries - and the source of many nightmares. Every 40 seconds, a HomeServe engineer comes to the rescue of a British household. HomeServe's vision was to professionalise them, creating a trusted workforce for everything to do with looking after people's homes. We helped them bring this vision to life.
