UPC, Liberty Global's largest business, had already established a strong brand identity with the bloom. The icon was instantly recognisable in all UPC markets. And it carried the most brand equity of all the icons under the Liberty Global umbrella. With the business vision for the future to become 'One company', it was the perfect element to elevate, to live as the overarching brand icon but with its own, unique voice.
How did we bring it to life
We gave the bloom a new treatment for Liberty Global. A pearlescent white texture. Elegant, sophisticated, and intriguing - the powerful source of all the inspiration and creativity inside the company. In animation, the bloom provides an illuminated canvas to project images and messages about Liberty Global. It showcases the brilliant thinking from Liberty Global that inspires people every day.
